Quiche with ham and Swiss cheese

Dietitian’s idea:

To even more decrease the body fat and cholesterol in this recipe, use 1/2 cup egg substitute rather of the 1 egg and 2 egg whites.

  1. 1/2 cup chopped onion
  2. 8 ounces chopped mushrooms
  3. 1 egg
  4. 2 egg whites
  5. 1/2 cup body fat-free bitter product
  6. three ounces lean ham, chopped (about 1 1/four cups)
  7. 6 ounces shredded small-body fat Swiss cheese
  8. 1 all set-built 9-inch pie crust


Warmth the oven to 350 F.

Spray a skillet with cooking spray. Add the onions and mushrooms and prepare dinner above medium heat until finally tender.
