Programming for CrossFit Strength, Endurance, and Preparedness

Somebody questioned me how I would application an 8-week CrossFit cycle and I had to say, I would not. Frankly, I want twelve, 14 or 16-week programming blocks since I assume 8-weeks is just way too limited to build some meaningful impact.


Obtaining claimed that, I in all probability have three good twelve-week coaching blocks remaining before my athletes have to start out competing in the CrossFit Open up at the close of February, 2022. So, I assume it is worthy of wanting at some normal scheduling suggestions.
